Shipping policy

At Zarvyn Fashions, we aim to deliver your favorite clothes and footwear to your doorstep quickly and smoothly across Pakistan.

1. Order Processing Time
* All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
* You will receive an order confirmation message/email once your order is placed.

2. Shipping Charges & Delivery Time
* Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 249 flat rate all over Pakistan.
* Delivery Time: 3 to 5 business days after order dispatch.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) & Online Payments
* We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for convenience across Pakistan. Please keep exact cash ready at the time of delivery.
* For Bank Transfer / JazzCash payments, orders will be dispatched once the payment confirmation screenshot is received on our official WhatsApp (+92 370 291655).

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation
* Once your parcel is dispatched via courier, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or WhatsApp to track your parcel live.

5. Delayed Packages
* While we try our best to deliver within 3-5 business days, minor delays may happen during sale seasons, bad weather, or public holidays.
